Return & Exchange

At Balncd, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 5 days of receiving your purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@balncd.com or WhatsApp- +91 9266877076] with the order number. Returns without an order number will not be accepted.

- All returned items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (please read the refund policy) or exchange within 5-7 business days. 

Refunds:
Refunds will be credited as Balncd Store Points, equal to the original purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping costs or restocking fees). These store points can be used toward future purchases on our website. You will receive an email confirmation once the store points have been added to your account.

Please note that store points cannot be converted into cash.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item for exchange is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund (store points) for the returned item and notify you when the desired item becomes available.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. To process a refund or replacement, we require you to provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the defect or damage on the product. Without these, we will be unable to take any action for a refund or exchange.

Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will work quickly to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or crediting Balncd Store Points for the value of the item, depending on your preference.

Cancellation Policy: 
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may be processed and shipped quickly, especially during high-demand periods.
